Softness, Pressure and the Birth of a New Timeline 2025-2026

The 11th Hour Plot Twist: Jannine’s Unexpected Cancer Miracle

I feel honoured to share this third conversation with Jannine Gearon who I interviewed before in May and June this year.
Jannine lives with cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) - a rare and aggressive cancer with very confronting statistics. In our previous two episodes, she bravely shared her journey, including her decision to explore voluntary assisted dying (VAD) as a way of reclaiming a sense of choice amidst pain and uncertainty.
Today, there’s a plot twist.
A newly available targeted drug, found by her sister at what felt like the literal 11th hour, has begun changing the trajectory of her disease. Her latest scan and bloods show things are not progressing as expected - in the best possible way. As Jannine says, “the cancer is not behaving as it should,” and her oncologist is now cautiously optimistic.

This message is dedicated to those impacted by cancer and to the medical profession who serve with such devotion. I recorded a preface to speak directly to you - the patients, the families, the ones walking this path.
Following that, I share an open letter I published to the medical profession. It is both a letter of deep gratitude for the care, sacrifice, and brilliance of doctors and nurses, and also an invitation - a reminder that presence is also medicine.
Whether you are facing cancer, supporting a loved one, or serving in medicine, my hope is that this message positively impacts you and reminds you of the power within you to influence healing through love, conviction, and presence.

The Cave You Fear to Enter: My Boldest Step Yet

In this deeply vulnerable episode, I share one of the boldest actions I’ve taken so far - publishing an open letter to the medical profession, born from witnessing the impact of words and presence on those facing cancer.
What began as support for a client who was devastated after an appointment with her oncologist quickly transformed into a fire within me and the call to write and record a message that honours, questions, and invites a new way forward in medicine and in healing.
This letter is not only for doctors, but also for those living with cancer and other illnesses, and for the loved ones who walk beside them.
In this episode, I open up about the vulnerability that comes with boldness, the power of intuitive pulls, and the treasures that lie within the caves we fear to enter. May it encourage you into your own brave steps, your own bold moves, and the treasure waiting on the other side.
