What a beautiful meditation and writing Notes to Self experience I had this morning from my bed in Bingin, Bali.
I am currently holidaying here with my family and decided to be present to the two transmissions I published here on the podcast (the two previous episodes). Wow it was a powerful experience which I'll more than likely podcast about tomorrow!
